Buying a new home is a very big decision, and for some it can be a bit daunting.  It is my goal to provide you with useful and accurate property inspection reports to aid you in your home buying decision.  I will take the time to sit down with you and go through the report so you will have a full understanding of what I find.  I also encourage you to come along with me as I inspect your new home to see first hand what I see.

I offer a variety of inspection services and options for you to choose from which will enable you to customize the inspection of your new home.

As with all Home Inspectors in Texas, I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission TREC#00000, and provide the standard TREC approved report format with pictures, comments and notes.  I strive to make my reports easily readable and leave the techno-bable out.  This is YOUR house and my goal is to help introduce you to it and help you get acquainted.
